Visit
our guesthouse in the east Giant Mountains, on the border of National
Park Krokonose.
The village Krenov is located between towns of Zacler (6 km) and Trutnov
(15 km). The renovated residence of former owner of owner of Zacler
porcelain ware factory, built in the beginning of 20th century. On
the later years the object served for agricultural purposes.
The guesthouse with restaurant can be found after passing the colourful
village Krenov (about 50 inhabitants) at the end of road, below the
forest. As previous description indicates, there is a silent part
of nature, not touched by tourists. The village Krenov itself can't
offer you too much, there is nor shop, neither post office. Only the
train passes 6 times a day to Zacler and 6 times a day to Trutnov
and twice a day the bus. However is not away from places for trip,
sport, culture or purchase.
The guesthouse of family-type has comfortably furnished fooms with
shower, WC, TV/SAT. Spacious rooms (1 - 4 beds) are very cosy. Total
capacity of the guesthouse is 24 beds. The restaurant in the ground
floor has capacity of 50 persons.
The day in our
guesthouse begins with a rich Swedisch table. Hareafter we offer
a sauté cooking, and - for the residents - the finished dish:
The traditional Czech and international dish, including salads,
ice-cream sundaes, warm and fresh drinks, reunions and seminars.
There is also possible (according to the wish, during the warm days)
to grill or roast on the fire. In spring and summer time we let
up to you, if you choose our cosy restaurant or sunny terrace.
In wintertime
we offer you to loan ski for the beginners. There are (in the closeness)
two ski areas including children ski tows, ski schools and ski instructors.
You can use also ski runner tracks!
The guesthouse
area itself offers you a space for children merrymaking, sledding…
The guesthouse staff advises you gladly and individually and provides
you detailed information. We reserve (for groups) bus sightseeing
with a guide.
